I have a GE washer, model #GTW840CSNIWS and my liquid soap dispenser says its "tank low" but the soap dish looks full and its not letting m add more without immediately overflowing, so I'm thinking a part is plugged by old soap? My Manual, page 18, detergent tank clean-out, says to press and hold "Detergent Dispense" and "Select" buttons for 3 seconds - I don't have these buttons? so I cannot empty it out. I tried the Manual's suggestion (same section)n of adding hot water and still nothing has changed except now I see I have diluted soap floating in the dispenser dish. I have attached an image of my panel and the liquid soap dish dispenser. I look forward to resolving this issue as I love my machine and want to use it again. Thank you.

Move the dial to WATER STATION press Select so Detergent+Water is selected (light will be lit underneath that option). Then hold TWO Select buttons: The one at the bottom of the dial that you pressed above (it is in a blue rectangle) AND the all the way to the right of the diplay in the black and blue SMART DISPENSE rectangle it is at the bottom of this rectrnangle above Auto Soak. Hold those two Select buttons for 3 second and FLUSH will be on the changing diplay.
