I have a gfw850spn washer that won’t drain. I checked all the hoses and pulled the pump and ohm it out. I also plugged it into an outlet and it ran fine. My question is I have to board off but trying to determine if it’s the door switch that’s keeping it from coming on? I found rhe harness on the board but can’t tell which wires to do a continuity test on? Thanks

What does tank low mean? We cleaned the soap dispenser like suggested but tank low light is still on.

It means the smart dispenser is low on detergent. The dispenser is located on the far left of the control panel and is a pull out drawer (where you can add bleach, softener and liquid detergent). You have the option of adding liquid detergent on a per-load basis, or, fill the smart dispenser with up to 50 oz. of detergent and the machine will automatically dispense it for you for each load until it is low again.

My GE washer model # GFW850SPN0RS, will not show trouble codes or go into diagnostic mode as seen in videos! Washer jumps to end without completing cycles.
